Subscription Cancellation Policy
When you subscribe to Frayed Bindings Book Box, you’ll receive monthly deliveries of curated romance reads and bookish swag. Your subscription will renew automatically each month, and your payment method will be securely charged unless you've opted to prepay.
You have until the 5th of each month to make changes—whether that’s skipping a box, switching your subscription tier, or cancelling altogether. After the 5th, your renewal is confirmed and billing occurs on the 6th.
All subscriptions ship on the 25th of each month.
Auto-Renewals
Some prepaid plans may renew at the end of their term. If you’d prefer not to continue, you can cancel anytime before your renewal date
Managing Your Subscription
You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your order confirmation email, which includes direct links to manage your account.

Return & Refund Policy
At Frayed Bindings Book Box, we’re committed to delivering joy-filled, tear-worthy reads and curated bookish treasures. While we hope you fall in love with every box, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Return Window
You may request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. After that window, we are unable to process returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify:

Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@frayedbindingbookbox.shop. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damages & Defects
We kindly ask you to inspect your items upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. While we include both new and used paperback books, we carefully curate every title to ensure used books are in excellent, readable condition—free of any major defects.
Non-Returnable Items
If you’d like to cancel or change a subscription, you may do so by the 5th of each month. Changes made after that date will apply to the following cycle.
