RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICYSubscription Cancellation Policy When you subscribe to Frayed Bindings Book Box, you’ll receive monthly deliveries of curated romance reads and bookish swag. Your subscription will renew automatically each month, and your payment method will be securely charged unless you've opted to prepay. You have until the 5th of each month to make changes—whether that’s skipping a box, switching your subscription tier, or cancelling altogether. After the 5th, your renewal is confirmed and billing occurs on the 6th. All subscriptions ship on the 25th of each month. Auto-Renewals Some prepaid plans may renew at the end of their term. If you’d prefer not to continue, you can cancel anytime before your renewal date Managing Your Subscription You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your order confirmation email, which includes direct links to manage your account. Need help? Email us atsales@frayedbindingbookbox.shop and we’ll be happy to assist—because romance may be complicated, but your subscription shouldn’t be. Return & Refund Policy At Frayed Bindings Book Box, we’re committed to delivering joy-filled, tear-worthy reads and curated bookish treasures. While we hope you fall in love with every box, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Return Window You may request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order. After that window, we are unable to process returns. Return Eligibility To qualify: Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation) To initiate a return, please email us at sales@frayedbindingbookbox.shop. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Damages & Defects We kindly ask you to inspect your items upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. While we include both new and used paperback books, we carefully curate every title to ensure used books are in excellent, readable condition—free of any major defects. Non-Returnable Items Subscription boxes (monthly orders are final once processed) Sale or discounted items Gift cards If you’d like to cancel or change a subscription, you may do so by the 5th of each month. SHIPPING POLICYShipping Policy We know there’s nothing quite like the excitement of book mail—and at Frayed Bindings Book Box, we're committed to ensuring your literary treasures arrive safely, swiftly, and with a little emotional magic. Questions? If you have any shipping-related concerns or need help tracking your order, our team is here for you at sales@frayedbindingsbookbox.shop. We’re happy to assist. Shipping Timelines Because our products are fulfilled on different schedules, your items may arrive in separate shipments. Subscription Boxes Ship via USPS within 3-5 days of receiving an order or for subscription boxes on the 1st of each month. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days post-shipment. Merchandise & Apparel Ship within 3 business days via USPS. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing. In-Stock Books Ship within 3 business days via USPS. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days. Pre-Order Books Ship within 3–5 business days of official release date. Made-to-Order Items May require extended processing times. Current estimates will be provided at time of purchase. Please Note: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Shipping Rates Standard Shipping: Available for all orders, typically delivered within 3–5 days of processing. Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $75 (no code required). Subscription Boxes: Flat-rate $5 shipping per box. If you purchase additional items with your subscription and the total exceeds $75, those items will ship free, but the $5 subscription box shipping fee will still apply. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping capabilities soon. Shipment Liability Once your package leaves our hands and is transferred to the carrier, we are no longer liable for delays, damages, or lost items. Should you experience an issue, please reach out directly to the carrier using your provided tracking number. That said—if you're ever unsure, we're always available at sales@frayedbindingsbookbox.shop to help guide you through the process. Tracking & Updates You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. In the event of any unexpected delays or issues, we’ll notify you promptly.

Are the boxes made to order?Absolutely! Each box—whether it’s part of our monthly subscription or a custom Girls’ Getaway—is made to order with heart and intention. Every package is carefully curated by me or my daughter, ensuring that what you receive is unique, personalized, and full of surprise. We work daily to fulfill each order with the hope that every box feels like opening your next bookish obsession
